Eric Marienthal has had a non stop career recording 10 solos CD's and playing on hundreds of other records, films, television shows and commercial jingles. Eric has traveled the globe performing in over 60 countries. Starting in 1980 with famed New Orleans trumpeter Al Hurt. Eric went on to join jazz legend Chick Corea's Elektric Band. The Elektric Band recorded 6 albums and won 2 Grammys.

Eric has juggled being a member of Lee Ritenour's band, David Benoit's band, Chick's Elektric band, Gordon Goodwin Big Phat Band and his own band. He has become one of the most recorded sax players in contemporary jazz. Eric's solo and ensemble work is among the best of all time, his versatility crosses all genres performing with Lou Rawls, Don Crusin, Patti Austin, Jeff Lorber, Dave Weckl ,Lee Ritenour, Russell Ferrante, Harvey Mason, The Rippingtons, BB King and Keiko Matsui

For the past 7 years Eric has been the musical director of an annual fundraising concert for High Hopes. High Hopes is a non-profit organization in Orange County, California that works with people who have suffered traumatic head injuries. These concerts to date have raised well over a half million dollars for this charity.
